Electronic Health Records User Survey closed for 2012
With over 13,000 EHR/EMR users responding to client experience and satisfaction key performance indicators, Black Book Rankings will begin releasing 2012 subset results beginning November 10. In addition, nearly 22,000 non-users of EMR/EHR systems also participated in buying anticipation, budgeting and implementation planning questions as well. The statistical insight of all 39,000 respondents will be revealed along with the 13,000 viewpoints in the format of competitive rankings in forty separate categories (specialties, locations, delivery sites, ambulatory/inpatient, and practice sizes). The survey was open via invitation and validated response audits from July 31 through October 15, 2011.
e-Prescribing User Survey closed for 2012
5,400 users over e-Prescribing software provided commentary and satisfaction feedback on thirty-five software modules from August 1 through September 30 , 2011. Results to be released November 16.

31,000 system users were invited to participate in the 2012 evaluation of vendors on 18 KPIs of client satisfaction and experience. Survey concludes on September 30.

180,000 EHR EMR system users were invited to participate in the 2012 evaluation of vendors on 18 KPIs of client satisfaction and experience. Survey ballots must be received by October 15 in order to be verified, assessed for completeness and tabulated for the November data release.
